Noble Recruiting are delighted to be supporting our client in the fashion industry, recruiting for Picker Packers / Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team handling high-end clothing brands. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous picking and packing experience, particularly within clothing, fashion or retail stock environments.
The role
As a Picker Packer / Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for preparing garments and orders accurately for dispatch, while supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Picking and packing garments using manual pick notes
- Checking delivery labels and preparing orders for dispatch
- Using the in-house computer system to process orders
- Making up boxes ready for dispatch
- Checking off pick notes accurately
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Candidate requirements
- Previous picking and packing experience is essential
- Experience working with clothing, garments or fashion products would be advantageous
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving stock
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Own transport is desirable due to the location
