£60,000 to £80,000 per annum

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting for an experienced Facades Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team working on high-value projects across London and the South East. This is a senior-level role for someone with strong façades, cladding or construction experience who can take ownership of the commercial side of multiple live projects.
The role
- Managing the commercial performance of allocated projects
- Preparing applications for payment, variations, notices and loss and expense claims
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly financial reports
- Leading procurement and placing orders for project packages
- Analysing quotations and managing supplier costs
- Administering supplier contracts, payments and final accounts
- Agreeing final accounts with clients
- Maintaining accurate project records throughout
What we are looking for
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within façades, cladding or construction
- Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
- Experience with CVRs, variations, final accounts and procurement
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
