Group HR Administrator | Location: Tilbury, Essex
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum DOE

Noble Recruiting is supporting a well-established organisation in Tilbury with the recruitment of an experienced Group HR Administrator. This is a key role supporting HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, probations and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with UK GDPR and internal policies
- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, escalating complex matters where required
- Support payroll administration, benefits enrolment and pensions
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and documentation for senior leadership
- Support recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure HR documentation complies with UK employment legislation
- Assist with organisational change activities, audits and inspections
- Support training and development initiatives
- Confidential minute-taking and HR communications
- Support senior stakeholders with key HR initiatives
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
Experience Required
- Proven HR administration experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Payroll administration experience
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using HRIS systems is desirable
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
