Freight-Forwarding Gateway Coordinator Heathrow, Middlesex
£35,000 to £37,000 per annum
Permanent, 4 Day Week (inc. Weekends)
Friday to Monday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm
Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting for an experienced Freight-Forwarding Gateway Coordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Heathrow. This is a great opportunity for someone with recent gateway, consolidations and freight forwarding experience who is looking for a permanent role with a well-established employer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate collections and deliveries
- Create customs reports
- Raise ETSF records and discharge T1s
- Maintain accurate data and shipment records
- Handle customer and supplier queries
- Support invoicing, job costing and milestones
- Monitor cost control and service standards
- Work in line with compliance, ISO and industry regulations
Skills and Experience Required
- Recent experience in gateway and consolidations
- Previous freight forwarding industry experience
- Good understanding of import and export procedures
- Knowledge of DfT, CAA, HMRC and IATA regulations
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Driver with own transport
