£40,509.90 per annum + Call-Out Payments

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation looking for a qualified Electrician to join their team covering a large housing portfolio across Norfolk. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be carrying out repairs, maintenance, testing and installations in occupied residential properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations
- Diagnose faults and complete remedial work
- Complete electrical inspections, testing and certification
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of completed work
- Provide a professional service when working in customers’ homes
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Experience Required
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience working within domestic or residential properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Good fault-finding skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Testing & Inspection qualification would be advantageous
