BEMS Engineer Location: Essex
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 per annum

Noble Recruiting are recruiting for an experienced BEMS Engineer to join a growing Essex-based company. This role would suit a skilled BEMS Engineer, BMS Engineer or Controls Engineer with strong experience in servicing, commissioning, remedial works and small installation projects. You will be working across client sites, mainly in London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield, supporting existing contracts and delivering a high standard of BEMS service.
Duties
• BEMS servicing, call outs and remedial works
• BEMS commissioning
• Light installation, retrofit and small works
• Software and graphical amendments
• TREND control system work
• Advising clients on upgrades and improvements
Requirements
• Recent BEMS or BMS experience
• TREND experience is essential
• Tridium, Siemens or Distech knowledge would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer facing skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
