Your Responsibilities Include
- Processing customs entries and supporting customs clearance procedures
- Coordinating road freight shipments and transport movements
- Liaising with customers, drivers and freight partners
- Ensuring documentation and shipment records are accurate and compliant
- Supporting the wider freight team with shipment updates and operational coordination
You Will Need
- Previous experience with customs entries
- Previous road freight or freight forwarding experience
- Confident and outgoing individual
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
