Salary: £26 – £28k per annum DOE
Bonus: Quarterly bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, working on a two-week rota

A growing local business based in Writtle, Essex, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join its small, friendly team. This is a busy customer service role where you will be speaking with customers by phone, email and live chat, helping with product enquiries, processing orders and resolving delivery queries professionally and helpfully.
You will need to be confident on the phone, organised, computer literate and able to provide a high standard of customer care.
Key Duties
- Providing customer service by telephone, email and live chat
- Advising customers on the company’s product range
- Processing customer orders over the phone
- Responding to customer enquiries professionally
- Resolving delivery issues and handling occasional complaints
- Completing general administration tasks
- Building strong product knowledge
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day customer service administration
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Computer literate
- Able to work well as part of a small team
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to location
