THE JOB:

Customer Coordinator – Mortgages | Brentwood, Essex
£25,000 per annum + quarterly performance bonus
Permanent, Full-time | Monday to Friday
Potential for hybrid working based on business needs

Noble Recruiting are working with a fast-growing mortgage company in Brentwood who are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is a predominantly telephone-based role, so you will need to be comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day, building rapport, arranging appointments and supporting clients through their mortgage journey.

As a Customer Coordinator, you will work closely with customers and mortgage advisors from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring each client receives a professional, helpful and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer interactions throughout the mortgage process
  • Speaking with customers by telephone to provide support and guidance
  • Helping customers prepare for advisor appointments
  • Managing advisor diaries and booking appointments
  • Contacting customers through CRM systems, introducer networks and social media
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Progressing opportunities and supporting customers through their journey
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls confidently
  • Overcoming objections and explaining the benefits of the service
  • Managing and prioritising multiple tasks effectively

Experience Required

  • Previous customer service, sales support, appointment booking or coordination experience
  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and managing customer conversations
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proactive, professional and able to manage a busy workload
  • Mortgage, finance or property experience would be beneficial but is not essential
