Account Handler | Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum

Noble Recruiting is working with a leading POS design and manufacturing company in Brentwood, Essex, who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager / Account Manager (also suitable for an Account Handler or Project Coordinator) on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a key client-facing role, acting as the main point of contact between the customer and internal design and production teams, ensuring POS projects run smoothly from purchase order through to manufacture and delivery.
The Role
As Project Manager / Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day client accounts and coordinate point-of-sale projects across design, production and delivery timelines. You will be confident working in a fast-paced retail manufacturing environment where priorities can change quickly, and deadlines are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main Account Manager for POS projects from brief to production
- Manage client communication, responding to queries and providing project updates
- Process, raise and place purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with design and production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Review and understand technical drawings to support project delivery
- Track timeframes, manage deadlines and coordinate internal actions to meet lead-times
- Support with ad-hoc project management and account handling tasks as required
About You
- Experience in POS manufacturing is essential
- Proven background as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Account Handler or Project Coordinator within POS, retail displays or design manufacturing
- Comfortable working to tight lead-times in a changing retail market
- Able to understand and interpret technical drawings
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, particularly around purchase orders
- Confident communicator, able to manage relationships with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of manufacturing processes in woodwork, metalwork and/or plastics is essential
