PERMANENT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Salary: £40,000 OTE uncapped
Hours: 8.30 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch Friday early finish
Location: Billericay Office (no remote working)

RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Location: Billericay Office 

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000 – £45,000 uncapped).

The role

Due to the continued success of our Temp Division here at Noble we are looking to add another Recruiter to our team. This is an Account Management position, recruiting for 3 or 4 clients initially working temp and temp to perm positions in the Essex and London regions.

Main purpose of the role

To maximise the profitability of specific Client Accounts by managing the full temporary and permanent recruitment process, from initial advertising of vacancies and sourcing candidates through to interview screening and supporting candidates through the interview process right up to the day they start and beyond.

You will take full ownership of your own vacancies and manage your own candidates. You will be responsible for compliance paperwork, deal with payroll queries and check timesheet hours to be submitted on a weekly basis.

Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with the client and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise our commercial performance.

The successful candidate

The right candidate will be bright, enthusiastic and work with a sense of urgency! You will need some experience in Recruitment, Resourcing or finding candidates looking for work as this role isn’t a Trainee position and you will be joining at a busy time with lots of positions to fill!

Responsibilities

  • Responding quickly to the client’s requests for workers
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, interviewing and maintaining lists of available candidates
  • Management of temporary workforce
  • Developing a good understanding of the client, it’s industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Management of paperwork for Candidates and Clients
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates
  • Manage, updating and developing the existing database
  • Hitting financial and activity targets in order to achieve success
  • Dealing with escalated issues, queries and complaints efficiently and to resolution
  • Overseeing the payroll of temp associates to ensure completion before deadline
  • Maintaining the relevant spreadsheets and weekly reports
  • Participating in meetings, sales days, training and coaching
