Welder / Fabricator – Architectural Metalwork | Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £17.80 to £18.80 per hour (Just over £41k PA)

Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join an established manufacturing company in Basildon, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled metal fabricator with welding experience to work on bespoke architectural metalwork projects, producing high-quality metal components and structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, weld and assemble bespoke architectural metalwork.
- Carry out MIG, TIG or Stick welding to project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
- Cut, shape, grind and prepare metal components for assembly.
- Operate hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Welder, Metal Fabricator or Fabrication Welder.
- Competent in MIG, TIG or Stick welding techniques.
- Experience working with sheet metal and other metal materials.
- Ability to read and work accurately from engineering drawings.
- Strong fabrication, assembly and mechanical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
