Noble Recruiting is seeking a Trainee Freight Export Operator for a permanent role with an established freight forwarding company in West Thurrock, Essex. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with export shipping documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking information.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
- Respond to freight and shipping enquiries.
- Support the export operations team with daily administration.
Skills & Experience
- Interest in freight forwarding, shipping and logistics.
- Previous office, administration or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office.
- Freight, logistics or import/export experience advantageous.
- Own transport desirable.
