Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality & Leisure: Location: Ongar, Essex
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Noble Recruiting are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a creative design company based in Ongar, Essex, specialising in high-end hospitality and leisure interiors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to take ownership of exciting commercial projects, from initial concept through to completion, working closely with clients and leading creative design development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop mood boards, presentations, layouts and technical drawings.
- Work directly with clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Manage FF&E specifications, sourcing and procurement.
- Oversee bespoke joinery, materials and technical detailing.
- Mentor designers and coordinate project delivery.
- Attend client meetings and site visits across the UK.
Skills & Experience
- Proven senior-level commercial interior design experience, ideally within hospitality or leisure.
- Strong portfolio of high-end interior design projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
- Experience with FF&E, technical detailing and project delivery.
- Excellent client-facing, creative and leadership skills.
- Relevant design qualification and full UK driving licence.
