Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Witham, Essex
Salary: £51,300 to £54,400 per annum
Job Type: Maternity Cover, up to 12 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Hybrid: 2 days working from home

Noble Recruiting is working with an educational organisation in Essex to recruit an experienced Regional HR Business Partner on a maternity cover contract for up to 12 months.
This role is based in Witham with hybrid working and occasional travel to schools across Essex. The successful candidate will support regional schools with complex HR matters, employee relations, organisational change, safeguarding and HR team management.
As Regional HR Business Partner, you will:
- Provide senior HR advice to Principals, senior leaders, governors and key stakeholders
- Lead and support HR Advisors and HR Coordinators across the region
- Manage complex employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, attendance and dismissals
- Advise on employment law, pay, conditions and HR best practice
- Support restructures, TUPE, redundancies and organisational change
- Prepare and review HR documents, reports, letters and panel paperwork
- Work with legal teams on complex employment matters
- Support recruitment and selection processes with Talent Partners
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance and HR records are maintained correctly
- Manage HR team KPIs and regional HR service delivery
The successful candidate will have:
- Senior HR experience within education, local government or the wider public sector
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Experience supporting multiple sites
- Previous HR team management experience
- A practical, confident and solution focused approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders
