Payroll Administrator Location: Ingatestone, Essex
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 to 17:30
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Noble Recruiting are supporting a local client in Ingatestone with the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-driven administrator with experience handling payroll data, timesheets, and workforce records.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process weekly timesheets within agreed deadlines
- Cross-check hours worked against internal logs to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update payroll data using Excel spreadsheets
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to confirm hours and approvals
- Monitor holiday and sickness records and flag discrepancies
- Provide general administrative support as required
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
- Payroll or timesheet processing experience is highly advantageous
- Experience supporting a large workforce is beneficial
- Strong Excel and data accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be a driver with their own vehicle due to the location
