Panel Beater | Location: Wickford, Essex
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £42,000 to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturdays and overtime available)
Noble Recruiting are recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy workshop in Wickford. You will carry out high-quality body repairs on a range of cars and vans, restoring vehicles to manufacturer standard.
Key responsibilities
- Remove damaged panels and components using appropriate tools and methods
- Repair and replace structural bodywork following approved repair processes
- Fit, align and weld replacement panels
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work closely with estimators, spray painters and the wider workshop team
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
Requirements
- Proven panel beating experience is essential
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Body Repair
- ATA accreditation is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
- Good communication skills and a positive, hard-working attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
