Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor | Brentwood, Essex | £36,000 to £50,000
Noble Recruiting is hiring an experienced Surveyor for a permanent role in Brentwood, Essex. This role is ideal for someone with recent experience in fire compartmentation, fire door surveys and passive fire protection, who can manage site surveys, produce accurate reports and support clients professionally.
Key duties:
- Surveying fire compartmentation, fire doors and installed systems
- Identifying defects in line with regulations and product specifications
- Producing survey reports and remedial action recommendations
- Recording surveys using designated software
- Preparing RAMS, scheduling surveys and allocating labour
- Supporting estimating with survey data for pricing
- Liaising with clients on site
- Promoting repeat and complementary services
What we need:
- Recent experience in a similar Surveyor role
- Knowledge of fire doors, passive fire protection and compliance standards
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
