Director of Shared Ownership Jobs | Remote | Affordable Housing
Location: Remote (Monthly London meetings)
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000

We are recruiting a Director of Shared Ownership to lead strategy, stakeholder engagement and the ongoing development of a leading Shared Ownership Code within the affordable housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Shared Ownership strategy and drive Registered Provider engagement.
- Build relationships with key housing sector stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at senior leadership level.
- Manage and develop a small team.
- Oversee the evolution of the Shared Ownership Code and supporting resources.
- Produce reports for Boards and Committees while promoting best practice across the sector.
The Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience within shared ownership and affordable housing.
- Strong understanding of the shared ownership customer journey.
- Experience working for a Housing Association, Registered Provider or Local Authority.
- Proven senior leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the challenges facing the shared ownership sector.
