Noble Recruiting is looking for Production Operatives / Window and Door Fabricators to join a busy manufacturing environment in Basildon, Essex, working with uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and repair of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment accurately.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete production tasks efficiently and on time.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet production requirements.
• Maintain a flexible approach to manufacturing and assembly tasks.

Requirements:

• Confident using hand tools and a tape measure.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, production or fabrication experience would be an advantage.
