Samantha initially joined Noble Recruiting in 2011 with 2 years recruiting experience under her belt following her degree. It became evident very quickly that Sam is what we call a completer finisher her attention to detail and tireless work ethic lent itself to our temporary team.
As a skilled communicator, Sam specialises in nurturing client relationships but has that innate ability to apply the same dedication to our large temporary candidate base making each candidate feel like they are being looked after and has been highly praised for the exceptional service she provides to both her candidates and clients.
Sam took a 2-year break from recruitment but missed the fast-paced and vibrant environment so, as a REC qualified Consultant, returned to Noble Recruiting in 2015 and has been successfully managing our temporary services team since. We totally rely on Sam to fill temporary roles quickly with quality staff. We asked Sam why she came back, the answer simply she loved the buzz of recruitment and the feeling that she is helping people get to a better position in life!
Sam applies the same organisational skills to her social life and is known to be the go-to person for organising the best party both for work colleagues and for her friends and family. A real foodie, you can often hear Sam discussing her latest restaurant find in Essex or her latest ‘fusion’ recipe she has cooked.
