Jo Noble is Managing Director and founder of Noble Recruiting. Jo, with her husband David Noble, is the driving force behind our success story!
Founded in 2008, Jo has taken Noble Recruiting from its humble beginning of just three 360 Recruitment Consultants, including Jo and Dave to an incredibly strong team of 12 people all motivated and focused on matching exceptional candidates for both temporary and permanent roles for a diverse range of clients in and around the Essex area.
Jo has a contagious enthusiasm and passionate belief in her people that inspires them to become stronger and more valuable contributors to the business. Jo takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development which is how Noble Recruiting has grown so much in the last 10 years.
Jo’s career background is dedicated solidly to recruitment. Jo has always been able to see threads of talent within people and can leverage and position candidates to the right client every time. Memory like an elephant, Jo made it her job in her early days at Adecco Recruitment to know the finite detail of every one of her 200+ candidates and would be able to confidently describe the perfect candidate in any client meeting placing Jo within the top 10 Recruiters out of 365 branches across the UK.
Anybody who knows Jo both at work and her friends and family outside of work will say Jo is very open and gains pleasure from pleasing people. The desire to change the perception of this regulated industry and focus more on each candidate within the recruitment process has ultimately given Noble Recruiting a clear USP.
Jo works full-time in the office in Wickford managing a team of successful recruitment consultants. Jo understands how important it is to get the right work-life balance and away from the office is mum to Scarlet 8, Poppy 5, and the 3-year-old twins Georgia and Megan – four beautiful girls!
