The Sales Executive will focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with pro-actively generating new business opportunities using the telephone, email and internet to build long term relationships with customers.
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Account Manage all customer requirements & order books.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with other Sales Divisions for Locator referrals/leads.
- Liaise with the Marketing department to plan sales campaigns.
- Development & achievement of agreed sales budget / targets.
- Liaise & assist with purchasing.
- Proactively seek out new business & achieve KPI’s.
- Agreed monthly target of outbound calls to key decision makers.
- Regularly update online software with all sales & related activity.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers using quote log.
- Prepare monthly call / new prospects report & monthly bookings for Sales Manager.
- Produce accurate customer target lists for marketing campaigns.
- Deputise for the Sales Manager in his/her absence.
- Act as first point of contact for Client questions and requests.
