    The Job:

    We are proud to be working with a large Outdoor furniture retailer based in the Wickford location.  Our client are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent due to the continual growth of business levels.

    You will be managing the customer experience both on the telephone and over email.  The service your provide is critical in representing the image they are striving to achieve and your well-spoken manner and positive attitude when handling enquiries; sales queries and complaints needs to be exceptional.

    Whether a customer calls to request product information, track their delivery or make a complaint, it will be your job to provide accurate information and listen intently to the customer with compassion when things go wrong. Having passion and desire to help our customers will put you in a healthy position to succeed.

    We are looking for hardworking, flexible individuals to join our client's team between Monday – Sunday, starting at 08:30 am through to 5 pm on a rota basis. Bank holiday work is essential as this is the companies busiest time of the year. Overtime is available in peak season.

    The Person:

    The right candidate must be excellent at touch typing. Whilst you are discussing the customers queries, notes must be added at a fast pace to minimise the time a customer is kept on the telephone.  A quick learner is critical to this role. To prove you can make independent commercial decisions will help reach your full potential in the business.

    Our client is looking for someone who has already had experience in e-commerce and over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

    The Client:

    Our client is part of a nationwide network of store, who pride themselves on their excellent customer service record.  Our client receives over 300 calls and 200 emails during peak season which must be responded to in a timely and efficient manner. The service provided is critical in representing the image they are striving to achieve.
