This is a temporary position with an option to go to PERMANENT after 3 months if successful in the role!
This customer service role based in Leigh-on-Sea is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is available immediately but is looking to hopefully move into a permanent position.
- Taking calls from customers.
- Inputting details on an in-house database.
- Obtaining quotations.
The role has a number of different shift patterns available:
Hours will be a choice of either one of the following :
Monday to Saturday 08.30 - 17.30 with Thursday and Sundays off.
Monday to Saturday 08.30 - 17.30 with Wednesday and Sundays off.
Sunday to Friday 09.30 - 18.30 with Thursday and Saturdays off.
Sunday to Friday 10.00 -19.00 with Tuesday and Saturday off.
You are a self-starter with some customer service experience desirable. You must have a good telephone manner and experience of taking calls from clients.
The role means you will be the first point of contact for clients and it is crucial that you provide the very best in customer service on every call.
