You’ve downloaded a water app on your iPhone and regularly head to the shops to replenish your water supply…still, you are probably not drinking enough water to stay hydrated while you are at work!
As the saying goes, “you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink” which is why, here at Noble Recruiting, we’ve made it our 2019 Summer Challenge to get Local Businesses consuming more water at work!

Here in the office, our recruitment consultants have trialled 3 free iPhone apps this week.
Our favourite was Daily Water – Drink Reminder on the iPhone App Store. It is very simple and literally just reminds you to drink a glass of water and tracks your progress.
LIVEN UP PLAIN WATER
No we are not suggesting you add Squash to your water – that is not the most healthy option.
Try livening up your water with fruit. Infusing fruit into a large jug or your water bottle will not only make it taste delicious it will count towards one of your 5 a day!
