Business Development Executive
My client are an international business, delivering a unique blend of business to business (B2B) conferences and exhibitions specialising in the Defence sectors. We are looking for hungry and determined individuals to join our the talented delegate sales function. You will be responsible for helping clients to achieve their objectives and ensure that they provide an extremely high quality experience that we are renowned for.

The Serious Bit……
This is a full time role with a good starting salary of £20,000.00 per annum with a realistic OTE of £28,500.00 made up of monthly commission (which is uncapped) and quarterly bonuses. We’ve gone for the best pension scheme we could deliver and provide you with 5% of your basic salary as our contribution to your retirement.
They love hard work and know the team deserves great holidays to rest and recuperate so we provide 4 weeks fully paid annual leave, fully paid bank holidays plus a fully paid holiday at Christmas when they shut the office for up to two weeks.

You need to be determined to meet deadlines and achieve set targets
You need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to get your point across concisely to people of all levels of experience - particularly over the phone.
You need to be organised and professional, with the ability to effectively manage your own time as well as working proactively and using your initiative.
You will be committed and driven to meet and exceed KPIs and strive to achieve above, helping yourself and us to stand out from the crowd.
