Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
Hours: 1pm – 9pm or 2pm – 10pm (Flexibility available. Earlier hours also available)
Job description: Our Client, a global leading financial company, has an exciting opportunity available for Team Managers to join their business in a great time of growth. You will be leading a team of between 10 – 25 agents to success by ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be managing the day to day management of a Contact Centre environment. Responsible for a team of approx. 10-25 contact centre agents and your daily responsibility will be Coaching, Monitoring, Performance feedback (1 to 1’s), Motivating with a big focus on quality and productivity.
As a Team Manager you will manage team performance and motivate your team to drive results.
Strong proven management experience, managing and developing a team of direct reports
Experience of working with KPIs/SLAs
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills - ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a desire to succeed
